I have tried Nia and for me, I prefer structure and more challanging workouts. I am of the " no pain, no gain" mentality. However, I don't discredit it. I believe there is a fitness option for everyone and maybe this is yours. It is very freeing and you do not have to worry about learning choreography or being on the right foot.
